In another case, the pension and gratuity of P. Venkateswarlu, formerly Assistant Director of Agriculture in Guntur district, was withheld permanently as the designated court for ACB cases convicted him and sentenced him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year and pay a fine of Rs.10,000.
In yet another case, an Assistant Labour Officer of Visakhapatnam K. Vidhya Sagar has been dismissed after the court convicted him in a graft case on February 1, 1999.
