Four Soft to acquire Transaxiom

MUMBAI: Four Soft, a leader in software solutions for the transportation and logistics vertical, has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of Denmark-based Transaxiom Holding, a global provider of transportation and logistics solutions. The transaction value will be about $10 million in a cash-and-stock deal with the payouts happening over the next three years based on performance. The definitive agreement has been signed between the two companies, and integration will start from January 1, 2007, says a release.
