Save us from starvation, demand wool weavers

HYDERABAD: Woollen weavers from all over the State resorted to begging on Wednesday to focus attention on the need for the Government to save them from starvation and to provide employment. Members of the Andhra Pradesh Unni Neta Karmika Sangham marched from Lower Tank Bund Road to Indira Park. P. Jalamaiah, leader of the sangham, wanted the Government to issue health cards, house-sites and houses to the weavers and ensure employment.
