JAIPUR: Thirty railway over-bridges are to be constructed shortly at various locations in Rajasthan. The State Road Development and Construction Corporation has been given the task of constructing 10 of them at a cost of Rs.105 crore. According to State Public Works Department Minister Rajendra Rathore, the other railway over-bridges will be constructed under the State Road Fund, mega-highway project and the Suraj Yojana. He instructed the PWD officers to get clearance in this regard from the Railways promptly. Presiding over the 25th Board meeting of the State Road Development Corporation here, Mr. Rathore said all pending construction projects for public buildings would be completed strictly on schedule. The corporation has completed projects worth Rs.46.10 crore this year. The Minister said 19 construction projects were underway in the State at an estimated cost of Rs.63.45 crore and nine of them would be completed by March next year. The projects completed recently include an underground parking facility in Sawai Man Singh Hospital in Jaipur, DNA Laboratory and auditorium in Policy Academy, and Tribal Area Development schools and hostels in Shahbad and Kota.
