French higher education week

Edu France to host its biggest event ever in February


  • 130 French institutions to come to India
  • Registrations will be open by January 8

    CHENNAI: Edu France, a French government agency that promotes education abroad, will be hosting its biggest event ever in India in February.

    Olivier Chiche-Portiche, project manager for the French Higher Education Week (February 15-23), was in Chennai to create awareness about it. The week will give both French and Indian educational institutions the opportunity to foster Indo-French academic partnerships and activate MoUs. It will be held in Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and New Delhi.

    Mr. Chiche-Portiche said 130 French institutions would be coming to India. Interested Indian institutes that register will get individual one-to-one meetings with the French institutes on specific pre-selected topics of cooperation.

    To register, log on to edufrance.in. Registrations will be open by January 8. Institutes are requested to login, get a password and choose by discipline/ common area of interest/ French Institute they would like to set up a meeting with.
