TDP objects to `agenda' of YSR
Special Correspondent
HYDERABAD:
Telugu Desam Legislature Party on Saturday charged the Chief Minister, Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy with imposing his "personal agenda" on the Assembly. Addressing a press meet, TDLP deputy leader, N. Janardhan Reddy and some party legislatorssaid Dr. Reddy used the Assembly to debate issues that involved him like surrender of assigned lands under his possession and attack Margadarsi Financiers, setting aside public issues. They ridiculed the CLP's contention that the Opposition had wasted time. They wondered if Margadarsi Financiers warranted four- hour long debate when the Government had appointed two probe committees.
