Bangalore: S. Madaiah and his team of Arun Bajaj, Arun Pandurang and N. Prakash won the EMAAR-MGF PGTI golf championship's Pro-Am competition at the KGA course here on Saturday. Among the 32 teams that participated in the Pro-Am competition which was played according to the Texas Scramble format, S. Madaiah's team topped with a nett score of 61.07. Madaiah' team collected a cheque for Rs. 40,000. The second prize was won by Gurbaaz Mann and his team of David D'Souza, Nikhil Sen and Priya Khanna with a nett score of 62.5. Naman Dawar and his team — Utpal Desai, John Serrao and Amar Pandey — finished third with a nett score of 62.9. — Principal Correspondent
