KOLLAM: CMP leader and chairman of the governing body M.V. Raghavan said here on Saturday that he refused to accept the dissolution.

Mr. Raghavan told mediapersons that he would be moving the High Court on Tuesday against the dissolution.

Mr. Raghavan alleged that the dissolution was political vendetta on the part of the CPI(M). It was also a cheap tactic of the party to usurp the governing body. He said he would not vacate the post of chairman.

The dissolution was in violation of the Cooperative Act and all democratic norms.
