Audience vote on `Jodi No.1' awaited

Staff Reporter

CHENNAI: The final dance episode of Jodi No.1, the popular television show on Star Vijay television, ended with the enthralling performance of three star couples. But excitement is still in the air as the audience play an important role in choosing the winner through votes.

Suspense will continue as voting is open till Sunday night.

The show has garnered immense popularity for Prem and Pooja and real life couples, Vijay Adhiraj and Rashna and Raghav and Preetha.

Prem and Pooja, the only reel life couple who got a wild card entry to the final with audience voting, say the show has changed their lives. Prem said they worked hard as several dance styles, including flamingo that was new to them, was blended in the final round. "We managed to give our best despite several disadvantages such as adjusting to each other's time schedule." Pooja is glad that it has given her an identity of her own.

The winners will be announced at the show on December 30.
