PUDUCHERRY: The Lieutenant Governor, Mukut Mithi, the Chief Minister, N. Rangasamy, Ministers and party leaders have extended their greetings to the people on the occasion of Christmas. The Lt Governor, in his message, said: "Christmas marks the promotion of goodwill, compassion and love for the brethren. The festival may bring in joy and prosperity in the lives of all the people." The Chief Minister called upon the people to live in peace and brotherhood. Education Minister M.O.H.F. Shahjahan, Industries Minister V. Vaithialingam and Congress leader V. Narayanasamy also extended their greetings.
