KOLLAM: Ernakulam district with 111 points emerged the overall champion in the three-day State-level Keralotsavam that concluded here on Sunday. Ernakulam district bagged 53 points in the arts events and 58 points in the sports events. Neenu Rajeev of Eranakulam district won the Kalathilakam title. Kannur district came second with 110 points. The district scored 43 points in the arts events and 67 points in the sports events. L.G. Muralikrishnan from Thiruvananthapuram district is the individual champion in the sports events. The valedictory function was inaugurated by Labour Minister P.K. Gurudasan. Minister for Youth Affairs M. Vijayakumar gave away the prizes to the winners. Mayor N. Padmalochanan presided.
