City student takes part in Seoul meet

HYDERABAD:
M.S.N. Reddy, NSS Hyderabad district coordinator, and Raj, a student delegate from Kasturba Gandhi College for Women, Koti, represented India at the International Red Cross Youth seminar held in Seoul from December 17 to 21.
They were selected by the National Red Cross based on the community services rendered as a part of the NAA programmes. Dr. Reddy presented a paper on "Promoting universal values of spirit of service, peace and harmony among youth in universities" while Ms. Raj presented a paper on "There is only one race - humanity".
Dr. Reddy got a special award from the Korea National Red Cross for his effective presentation from among delegates of 12 countries.
