Lakshmi Cotsyn forms JV with U.K. company

MUMBAI: Lakshmi Cotsyn has formed a joint venture with the U.K.-based Armet Armored Vehicles under the name of "Armet Armored Vehicles & Shri Lakshmi Ltd.", according to a BSE notification. The company will have 49 per cent equity in the joint venture and Armet 51 per cent. The venture will make armoured vehicles, armour plates, panels, helmets and ballistic body armours. The manufacturing unit of the venture will he established in Malwa district, Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh.
