Commerce meet in Vizag

VISAKHAPATNAM: The 59th all-India Commerce Conference, an annual feature of the Indian Commerce Association (ICA), will be organised by Andhra University here from December 28 to 30.

Diamond jubilee

The diamond jubilee celebrations of the ICA would commence with the conference, said AU Vice-Chancellor L. Venugopal Reddy at a press conference here on Tuesday.

Union Minister of State for Human Resource Development D. Purandareswari would inaugurate the meet.

Participants

President of ICA M.B. Shukla, Vice-Chancellor of Acharya Nagarjuna University V. Balamohan Das, former Vice-Chancellor of University of Rajasthan Om Prakash, Director of IIPS Devi Ahalya University (Indore) P.N. Mishra, Director of IIM-Bangalore Prakash G. Apte, Vice-Chancellor of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University D. Ram Chandram will be among those participating in the conference.

Nearly 1,200 delegates are expected to attend the conference.
