VIZIANAGARAM: Leaders of the United Teachers' Federation, anganwadis and students affiliated to the SFI on Tuesday blocked the entry of Minister for Forest S. Vijayarama Raju and other officials at the ITDA Project Office entrance in Parvathipuram seeking an enquiry into the alleged irregularities in teachers' deputation and appointment of anganwadis. The Minister and other officials were on their way to attend the ITDA governing body meeting when agitators did not allow the Minister's car to enter the premises. The police used force to remove the activists and make way for the Minister. However, when they continued to raise slogans the Minister ordered an enquiry into the issue.
