Haripad Youngsters in last eight
HARIPAD: Cycle Brand Kids CC and Haripad Youngsters CC entered the quarterfinals of the 10th K.K. Sreenivasan memorial all-Kerala cricket tournament at the GBHSS ground here on Tuesday.
Cycle Brand Kids CC overcame Dukes Adoor by five wickets, while Haripad Youngsters CC crushed New Kids CC (Chenganur) by nine wickets.
The scores: Dukes Adoor 171 in 25.1 overs (Ravi 69, Sibikumar 55, Shajan three for 22) lost to Cycle Brand Kids CC 172 for five in 23 overs (Akhil 67, Rahul three for 18).
New Kids (Chenganur) 122 in 23 overs (Sumesh three for 13, Jinan three for 18) lost to Haripad Youngsters CC 126 for one in 12 overs (Jeen 67 not out, Maneesh 39).
