`Complete 90 per cent of houses up to basement by month-end'

ONGOLE: District Collector B. Udaya Lakshmi has directed housing officials to complete at least 90 per cent of the houses up to basement level by this month-end to make Indiramma programme a success in the district.

Reviewing the programme taken up under Indiramma model villages, she asked the special officers to mobilise extra funds needed either from drought programmes or bank linkage for self-help groups or from SC/ST grant to complete the houses up to basement level.
