Special camp

A special camp for receiving applications and issuing orders for regularisation of sites in unapproved layouts will be held from December 27 to 29 at the West Zone office of the Coimbatore Corporation. The camp is for 18 wards in West Zone.

Zone Chairman V.P. Selvaraj said in a release on Tuesday that the camp would be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. People in wards 34, 35 and 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53 and 55 to 64 can make use of the camp if they had sites that had to be regularised.

Grievances meeting

A grievances meeting will be held at the office of the Executive Engineer, Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, in Avanashi on December 27 at 11 a.m.

Health Life Expo

Coimbatore Diabetes Foundation will organise the 9th Health Life Expo 2006 at the Ramakrishna Kalyana Mandapam from December 28 to 31. The expo will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. It will be inaugurated by the Mayor of the Coimbatore Corporation, R.Venkatachalam.
