Two held, 820 mobile phones seized

CHENNAI : Police arrested two persons and seized 820 new mobile phone handsets during a vehicle check conducted in Elephant Gate police station limits on Monday night.

The accused were identified as Mobeen Khan (22) and Santhosh (19) of Sowcarpet. As the duo had no valid bill and their statements were contradictory, the police seized the goods from them. A case was registered.
