THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala Finance Minister T.M. Thomas Isaac said here on Thursday that the `one-rank one-pension' norm would be implemented in full in a time-bound manner. Responding to a calling attention motion by M. Murali (Congress) in the Assembly, Dr. Isaac said the dispute at the Advocate-General's office over the issue had been resolved and that it would now be possible to resume work on assessing the pension entitlements of all pensioners in a time-bound manner. The Government had authorised the AG's office to do the work, as all the relevant data were available only with it. Talks at several levels were held to resolve the issue and the dispute had been settled, he said.
