Make New Year happy

The New Year is round the corner. It is time to look forward to parties and celebrations. Unfortunately, nowadays, many youngsters indulge in drunken revelries well into the night on New Year's eve. They then drive their vehicles at uncontrollable speed causing accidents, inflicting suffering on themselves and their families besides posing a threat to the safety of the hapless platform dwellers.

If saner counsel prevails on the merrymakers, the dawn of New Year will indeed be a happy occasion for all.
