Udai Singh shines

Bangalore: Udai Singh of the RTS Depot shone on the concluding day of the junior National equestrian championship at the Embassy International Riding School's (EIRS) premises here on Saturday.

Astride Junglee Boy, Udai Singh rode to the top spot in the one-day event that included dressage, cross-country and jumping for competitors in the 16- 21 age group. Udai Singh edged past Ismail Jawad of EIRS (Shadow). Sudhir Singh of the President's Body Guard (Tipu) secured the third spot. — Principal Correspondent
