Kewal Kiran Clothing on expansion mode

MUMBAI: Kewal Kiran Clothing, as part of its retail expansion, has opened its 48th signature K-Lounge store in Opera House, Mumbai. The company will shortly launch its 49th and 50th stores in Ahmedabad and Delhi. The company currently enjoys a total retail space of 60,000 sq. ft, and plans to expand this to 85,000 sq. ft. by 2007 and to 2.25 lakh sq. ft. by 2008. The chain will include small, mid and large format stores — setting a new landmark in the branded garments retail segment, says a company release.
