Found dead

CHENNAI
: A youth was found dead under mysterious circumstances near a private factory compound in the Ambattur industrial estate area here on Monday.
Police identified the deceased as Senthil alias Veera (26) of Kamaraj Nagar in Ambattur and said he was wanted in five criminal cases. Only 10 days ago, he had come out from the prison on bail.
The body had cut injuries and was strangulated.
Preliminary investigations revealed that he had come to meet a relative and the cause of the death was not known immediately.
Whether any rivalry led to the death or some other persons had committed the crime is being probed.
The Ambattur police have registered a case and are investigating.
