HYDERABAD: The New Year began on a fruitful note for the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority when Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy laid foundation stone for a flyover at Langer Houz junction here on Monday. After laying the foundation stone, the Chief Minister said that the Rs.15 crore fly over from Langar Houz to Bapu Ghat would clear the traffic bottleneck in the area. The 691-metre four-lane flyover would be supervised by Project Management Consultants Span Constructions and was expected to be completed in 15 months. The Chief Minister also announced that a bridge would be constructed to cross Musi near Chinnathalla Kunta area at a cost of Rs.3.5 crores.
