Train extended to Mangalore

MANGALORE: The Chennai Egmore-Coimbatore Express (train number 6607/6608) will be extended to Mangalore from Wednesday, a press release from Southern Railways has said.

The train will arrive in Mangalore at 10 p.m. It will depart from Mangalore at 6.40 a.m. The train will have 21 coaches, and will run on the path and stoppage of Tiruchirapalli-Mangalore Link Express (train number 6867/6868).

Consequent to this extension, Tiruchirapalli-Mangalore Link Express would be cancelled from Wednesday, the release said. Chief Minister of Puducherry N. Rangasamy, will inaugurate the extension of the train at Mahe station on Wednesday.
