13 gone, 9 to be set up

HYDERABAD: APSRTC Chairman Gone Prakash Rao announced a press conference on Wednesday that nine new depots would be established in the State soon.

New depots to be set up are: Hyderabad-I Gowliguda (exclusively for Volvo buses); Hayathnagar (2nd depot); Musheerabad (2nd depot); Bandlaguda; Turkayamjal; Shameerpet; Allapur (Borabanda); Shamshabad; and Bhupalapally (Warangal Dt). Depots closed are: Dubbak, Husnabad, Utnoor, Gooty, Pathikonda, B.Kothakota, Vuyyur, Ponnur, Kovvur, Nidadavolu, S. Kota, Gannavaram and Bheemgal.
