TDP for constructing diversion scheme

MAHABUBNAGAR: Former MP and Telugu Desam leader A.P. Jitender Reddy demanded construction of a diversion scheme from Thangadi in Mahabubnagar district where Krishna and Bheema confluence to compensate the loss of Krishna river waters to Mahabubnagar and Nalgonda districts as result of enhancement of capacity of Pothireddypadu head regulator.

He was speaking to newspersons at Bhootpoor on Wednesday.
