KWA to hold revenue adalat

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Water Authority (KWA) will hold an adalat on January 31 to address revenue-related complaints of the public, a press note issued here said.

The adalat will be for consumers of the PH division, Thiruvananthapuram, the water supply division, Neyyattinkara, the Head Works Division, Aruvikkara, and the Water Supply Division, Attingal. The time and venue of the adalat will be communicated to the consumers who submit complaints. The public can submit complaints regarding water bills at the respective sub-divisions before January 15 and receive receipts for the same. Complainants will also be given tokens and a decision on their complaints will be taken at the adalat on January 31, the press note said.
