Dharna by APSRTC employees

HYDERABAD: The city region of Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) Employees Union will organise a dharna at City Regional Manager's Office here on Thursday.

The dharna is being organised by the union in protest against the corporation's proposal to close down 15 bus depots across the State on the grounds that they were making losses.

City union general secretary R. Yadaiah, in a statement here on Wednesday, condemned the corporation's proposal and said that the union would not hesitate to intensify the agitation programmes.
