First case under Domestic Violence Act decided

New Delhi: In the first case to be decided in the Capital under the Domestic Violence (Prevention) Act, a court has ordered the in-laws of a woman to hand over the custody of the child to her temporarily. "Sunil Kumar and Asha Rani are directed to hand over the custody of the child who is below the age of five years till the disposal of the petition," Metropolitan Magistrate D.K. Jangala said. - PTI.
