Triumphs again

The Tiruchi branch of the Institution of Valuers has often been winning awards since its inception in 2001. At a national seminar in Mysore recently, the branch chairman, P.K. Thiagarajan, received the `Special president's shield' from the Union Minister of State for Planning, M.V. Rajashekaran, for `best activities of the year 2006.'

The other awards the branch received included the `Best branch award' in 2002 and 2005 and a merit certificate for two consecutive years since 2003. Correspondent
