Prajay enters into JV pact with Sunway

CHENNAI: Prajay Engineers Syndicate has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the company has entered into a joint venture agreement with Sunway City India Pvt. Ltd. (leading property developers from Malaysia), for development of one of the company's upmarket residential condominium projects in Hyderabad.
