Child dies allegedly during demolition

NEW DELHI: A 10-day-old child died allegedly after coming under the debris during a demolition operation at Shankar Garden in West Delhi on Wednesday night.

However, the police denied having come across any evidence indicating that the death was caused during demolition.

The child, who was wrapped in a quilt, was discovered dead once the demolition got over.
