Schoolchildren's gesture

Kakinada: Schoolchildren of Akshara donated Rs. 1.96 lakhs for the visually challenged children. At a function held on the school premises on Saturday, the cheque for the amount was handed over to T.G.K. Vital, Academic Director of Institute of Training and Relief, Rehabilitation of Disabled, Distressed and Disinherited Children. Chairman of Nagarjuna Group K.S. Raju also announced a donation of Rs. 1.04 lakhs on behalf of the Nagarjuna Educational Society.
