Cooptex extends date

CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu Handloom Weavers' Cooperative Society (Cooptex) has extended the last date for submission of century old artistic and traditional silk saris to January 20.

The saris will be examined by a panel of experts. The designs selected will be taken up for production of silk saris. A gift coupon worth Rs 2,000 will be given to the selected designs.
