Srikakulam: Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, who will arrive at Palasa on Sunday, will have a busy schedule. His programme starts with inauguration of the municipal office building at 8.40 a.m. in Palasa and ends with inauguration of VAMBAY housing complex in Srikakulam at 7.20 p.m. After unveiling the statue of Indira Gandhi at Palasa, Dr. Reddy will reach Srikakulam at 10 a.m. and proceed to the ZP conference hall where he will review the performance of important departments till 5 p.m. The pylon, heralding commencement of works of Rs. 310-crore floodbanks to the Vamsadhara and the Nagavali, will be unveiled at 6 p.m. This will be followed by inauguration of office building of DMHO at 6.25 p.m. and VAMBAY Colony at 7.20 p.m. Revenue Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao and district Minister M. Mareppa will accompany Dr. Reddy.
