BHUBANESWAR: The State Government on Saturday ordered a crime branch inquiry into the alleged suicide by a woman on Friday afternoon here. The crime branch would inquire what circumstances that led the woman to take extreme step, Chief Minister's Office sources said. The woman, Urmila Rout, who had tried to commit suicide at the chamber minister of Information and Public Relation Debasish Nayak six months ago and met the Chief Minister recently to air her grievances, died allegedly after consuming pesticide.
