Cityscape project launched in Kozhikode

KOZHIKODE: Malabar Hi-lite Builders have launched its latest venture, Cityscape apartments, with chairman of Malabar group of companies M.P. Ahammed laying its foundation stone in Kozhikode recently.

Malabar Hi-Lite Builders managing director P. Sulaiman and directors K. Naushad, K. Ibrahim, A.K. Nishad and K.P. Veerankutty attended the launch ceremony.

The Cityscape apartments, coming up at Patteri near Arayidathupalam, is close to major hospitals, educational institutions and business centres.

The complex will have a centralised gas supply, landscaped garden, health club, generator back-up, library and association room.

The ongoing projects in the city include Tamarind Nest at Cherooty Nagar, Harmony at Eranhipalam, Golden Oak at Francis Road, Eminence on Kallai Road and Royal Crest on Chulliyode Road.

The group plans to set up townships in Kochi, Kozhikode and Thiruvananthapuram soon, according to a spokesman for Malabar Hi-lite Builders.
