KOLLAM: A mini bus from Tamil Nadu carrying Sabarimala pilgrims met with an accident on Monday near Edamon on the Kollam-Thirumangalam National Highway. Sixteen persons in the bus were injured. The condition of ten of them was stated to be serious. They have been admitted to the Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital. The remaining six were admitted to the Punalur Government Hospital. The accident occurred at 3.30 a.m. as the bus was negotiating a sharp curve.
