Shareholders' nod for Calsoft

CHENNAI: The shareholders of California Software Company Ltd. (Calsoft) have approved a proposal to allot on a preferential basis 5.55 lakh shares to three promoters of Bangalore-based Inatech Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. at Rs.90 per share of the face value Rs.10 each. The approval of the shareholders was obtained at an extra-ordinary general body meeting held on Tuesday.
