Scottish Executive offering six scholarships

CHENNAI : The Scottish Executive is offering six scholarships for students from India during the academic year 2007-2008 to study taught Masters course of not more than 12 months at any Scottish Higher Education Institute. This is an internationally recognised qualification which can give candidates a chance network with Scottish companies. They have the opportunity to live and work in Scotland to years after their study.

The scholarship covers tuition fees, return economy airfare and a living allowance for a taught Masters degree.

Priorities are given to courses in science and technology and creative industries (arts, design and culture). Applications should be submitted at the British Council offices in India.
