Karunanidhi congratulates scientists

CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi on Wednesday congratulated scientists for the successful launch of the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle C-7. "I am quite confident that the launch will achieve its objectives," he said in a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, a copy of which was released to the press. "This success is mainly due to your sustained interest and encouragement given to such ventures," he said.
