Not a solution: Karunanidhi

Special Correspondent

CHENNAI: Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi said here on Thursday that the ruling of the nine-judge Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court on reservations was not a solution to the problem.

Noting that the court had set up a three-judge committee to study the aspects of the issue, the Chief Minister said: "Let us wait till the committee is constituted, it examines the issues and the Supreme Court announces [its recommendations]."
