YSR to visit Anantapur on January 16

ANANTAPUR: Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy will visit Anantapur on January 16 to participate in several developmental programmes. He will also visit Hindupur and Puttaparthi on the same day.

Giving details of the Chief Minister's visit to newspersons here on Thursday, Minister for Agriculture and Civil Supplies N. Raghuveera Reddy said on arrival at 11.30 am, Dr. Reddy would first unveil statue of former MP, MLA and MLC late Ananta Venkata Reddy in front of the General Hospital and would address a public meeting. Then, he is scheduled to visit Asad Farms near here.

He will visit Rahmat Nagar area slum here to lay the foundation for drinking water pipelines extension scheme being taken up at an estimated cost of Rs. 60 lakhs. Later, the Chief Minister will proceed to to Puttaparthi and after seeking the blessings of Satya Saibaba will leave for the capital.
