The Gulbarga District Brahmins' Association to distribute sarees, dhoties, pants and shirts to very poor families. It was a moving experience for many poor people some of whom were blind when they received new clothes from Deputy Commissioner Pankajkumar Pandey at a function organised here by the association on Saturday. The association distributes clothes to the poor on Deepavali and has decided to introduce the practice this year for Shankranti. Association president B.V.
