THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Sasthamangalam Mohanan has been elected as president, S.N.Raghuchandran Nair, E.M.Najeeb and Karakulam Basheer as vice presidents, the Social Welfare Director, Sumana Menon as secretary, the Additional Director of Social Welfare, C.Pradeep Kumar as assistant secretary, and M.Thajuddin as treasurer of the Kerala State After Care Association, which functions under the Social Welfare Department for the welfare of those released from jails. The IGP (Prisons) and the Home Secretary are among the administrative committee members of the body.
