Arturo takes honours in Chief Minister's Trophy

BANGALORE: Arturo (Suraj Narredu up) won the Chief Minister's Trophy (2,000 m), the feature event of the races held here on Saturday (Jan. 13). The winner is the property of Mr. D. Khaitan rep. Soom Stud Farm Pvt., Ltd. Darius trains the winner.

Jockey Suraj Narredu (on Arturo) was fined Rs.3,000 for excessive use of whip on his mount (2nd infringement).
