THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Dr. V. Radhakrishnan the former dean and head of the department of Mechanical Engineering at IIT-Chennai has joined the College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram after being nominated by the Indian National Academy of Engineering as a Distinguished Professor.
