Presented Bhatla award

KOZHIKODE: Ronnie T. Cherian, managing director of Capitol Business Services, here, was presented the Dr. P.C. Bhatla Award instituted by the Indian Medical Association for 2005-2006 at a programme in Patna.

Mr. Cherian was selected for the award in recognition of his contributions to health care through the initiative MedClik Digital Drug Reference (www.MedCLIK.com) .

Capitol Business Services is in the forefront to bring about an interaction between the health care and information technology sectors though digital drugs reference. A good number of doctors in major hospitals and clinics in the city are customers of the software designed by Capitol. Digital drug reference has details of drugs manufactured in the country, chemical name, commercial name, prescription details and name of the manufacturing company.
